The girls at the front desk were nice, I didn't have to wait & the doctor, nurse and medical assistant were very helpful.
Everyone was so pleasant and professional. I want to give special to Dr. Training. He is very knowledgeable and caring. Also, Tina ( front desk receptionist). She made me feel comfortable and welcoming. Beautiful personality.
Even though it was very busy, my appointment went smoothly. Once in an exam room Laura (Poole) was thorough and and fast with my examination.

This was my first time at Pinnacle Dermatology Frankfort office I cannot say enough how positive my experience was! The whole staff was very friendly ,helpful and efficient Dr Poole was awesome, professional but kind and understanding at the same time I highly recommend!
