Dr. Andrea Jurgens was very knowledgeable, and informative. Her calming demeanor made my teenage son comfortable about his procedure. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Would recommend Pinnacle Dermatology-Franklin to family and friends.
Second Visit Edit: went back today to get some unsightly stuff on my face (other than, well, my features) burned off and Doc Jurgens, with steady hand and electric needle, deftly seared the little bastards right off. Took a possible cancer nugget out of my back (another employee did it and she was just as awesome as the first visit) and they are just amazing Angels or Care.
