I like that I am in and out with no wasted time. I liked Dr Ledwig and sad and happy for her retirement. I appreciate that the receptionists/admins are so efficient.👍

Dr. Did Not have equipment to do his job. A full spray bottle.

The doctor rushed us through the process. He didn’t take time to talk to us and explain the process. He didn’t allow us time to make a decision. He did not give us enough instructions on what to do after the procedure or what to expect. The wound hurt on a scale of 10/10 and the doctor didn’t prescribe anything for the pain neither gave any pain relief recommendations.
