Sparkling new looking facility. Great parking. Super friendly staff. Grace was our tech who did extractions on my 13 yo son. It was his first time being ‘pampered’ so he wasn’t nervous at all. It was like a spa appointment. Nice comfortable private room with spa tunes and Grace was Stupendous! Highly recommend.
Very clean and professional office! Front desk staff was warm and inviting. Dr Emily Beck is very nice. Overall great experience, very efficient, got me in and out. No long wait either! Looking forward to next visit.
Pinnacle is amazing! The front desk ladies were very professional and courteous! Dr. Ishani Patel and Bianca were absolutely wonderful; the care, detail and information she provided was above and beyond. She was caring and professional and made me feel extremely comfortable. I felt like more than 'just a patient' and will definitely be coming back. I've already shared my experience with others and have given them Pinnacles information. They will be visiting very son :)
Dr. Troiani is so personable + kind. I’m so grateful that my primary referred me to him years ago. He definitely knows how to care for your skin!
I have been going here many years now. I was first seeing Dr. Peter Keorpes, he was very personable, listened to my concerns and help resolve them. Due to insurance reasons, I am now seeing Dr. Blake Troiani who is excellent as well. It is clear they love what they do, I appreciate their positivity, looking out for the best for their patients.
