I absolutely loved my hydrafacial with Brianna! I cannot recommend her enough! I have had other hydrafacias elsewhere and none have compared to how in depth this was! I could see immediate results, I am very impressed! She’s punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, and phenomenal at what she does! The price is also incredibly reasonable! Thankful I had this done with her!

I liked the online scheduling....was able to get in the next day. Staff were professional and personable. The PA saw me earlier than my appointment time; it was nice to not have to wait, even though I was early.

What an amazing lady Dr. Michelle is! She listens to my concerns, answers questions so I understand completely. She’s exceptionally friendly and makes you feel completely comfortable .

Very easy to make an appointment got in the next day even. They listened and were very helpful. All the staff was were great. I would recommend.

I found out about Pinnacle from my insurance after having seen my PCP, who said I had a mole that should be removed/biopsied. So, I scheduled an appointment at Pinnacle, but the day of my appointment I arrived only to be told they're not accepting new Medicaid patients. They didn't offer to make an exception or even to see me as a cash patient, and instead just turned me away. On the bright side, if this is any indication of how much they care about their patients, then I'm happy I was turned away!
