I had a very good experience at the Pinnacle office in Lombard.The staff and doctor were great!

Physician was great, everything went well. Until I was dressing. My bandaid was very small and wasn't containing the bleeding. We I asked the nurse she replaced the bandaid with a larger one. Unfortunately, that also failed to stopped the bleeding. Wasn't until I got to work and dealt with it myself that the bleeding was controlled. Luckily only the lining on my pants got covered with blood and didn't soak through to the pants cloth material.
They admitted to being incapable. Yet still charged me 179$ for ten minutes of admittance.
Staff/Doctor don't seem genuine. Lack of information.
