Love that you are able to chose an appointment day and time online! Everyone was pleasant and explained things thoroughly about any proceedure should you need it. My first appointment was to check a spot that was on my face. If you question what something is on your body; don't hesitate to go to Pinnacle Dermatology!
I called and they got me right in. I didn't have to wait in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes to see the doctor. Which never happens with any other doctor. I was treated professionally and explained everything. I would recommend them to anyone.
The staff was courteous and very friendly. I have some issues that I had been dealing with for a while and they were finally able to diagnose me properly and start the healing process. Thank you so much!
I just finished a procedure at Pinnacle Dermatology, and couldn't be happier. They were kind and empathetic in dealing with something I've been self-conscious about for a long time. The PA and LPN educated me, treated me gently, and sent me on my way with a follow-up planned and almost no wait getting in for my appointment either. I would definitely recommend them if you have any dermatology needs in the future.
