Very impressed with Dr Brooks. She is easy to talk with and is very thorough. I would highly recommend her.
Twice I have scheduled appointments on a Tuesday and twice I have received text messages on the Monday afternoon before telling me to contact the office to reschedule my missed appointment. I carry a paper calendar in my purse that I write appointments on when I schedule them so I know my appointment was scheduled for Tuesday. I am very disappointed with Pinnacle since it was purchased from Dr Waldman. Dr Vega is an excellent doctor, but the hassle of scheduling is very frustrating.
