Staff are kind and helpful and Dr. Day is wonderful. He has great bedside manners and asks questions. Dr. Day looked over me for any more moles than what I had shown him - he truly cares about your overall health. Definitely will return as needed!
Excellent service. Took me in 20 minutes prior to my appointment time. Completed my office visit before my actual appointment time. Dr. Day had such a great bedside manner. He explained everything to me and had my procedure completed in a few minutes. No pain. He covered how I should take care of the site of the procedure really well. I would highly recommend him and his staff.
From the front desk to the checkout I could not have asked for a more seamless experience! Dr. Matthew and her nurse were kind, professional and reassuring and I find those qualities very appealing and necessary! Looking forward to my next visit.
Nurse Virginia Bradshaw was absolutely delightful. She identified my problem immediately. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I returned a few days later to meet with Dr. Jerry Smith. He took a considerable amount of time to explain the situation. He completely put my mind at ease. His nurse Heather and him made sure I was completely comfortable. The procedure lasted about 15 minutes. They gave me wonderful instructions. It was the best experience one would hope to have when a doctor is needed
I came in because I had a small cyst on my shoulder and didn’t like the way it looked. After they removed the cyst I now have a two inch scar that’s half an inch wide and also has bright red dots all around it, a year later, from the stitches. So now it looks 100 times worse than before and I’m more self conscious of this new scar than I was of the cyst. I wish they’d taken the time to explain that after removing the cyst I’d have a much larger scar instead of what felt them just getting another procedure in the bank. They w... read more
