I thought your office staff, was very nice and easy to talk to, as far as with any questions or concerns. The wait was very quick, and the whole place seemed liked they care about there customers. Overall a very good experience for my first visiting your New Lenox office.

My appointment with Theresa was great, but I was slightly annoyed that the receptionist didn’t know what to do with my gift card. She was very nice and it wasn’t her fault. I had purchased a $100 gift card from a direct email Mother’s Day deal from Pinnacle. The receptionist had no idea what it was or how to enter it. She called multiple people who also didn’t know.
