Awesome, the entire staff were friendly and welcoming. The Dermatologist was awesome right from when she walked into the exam room and exited. I felt good after the visit and procedure.
When I work directly with Dr. W. All is well. I had some emergency situations twice and was unable to reach the doctor and I had to wait. It was much anxiety that I experienced. Dr. W. did apologize but what should be done if I am faced with this in the future?
