Very efficient and professional.
My husband and I have been long term pt's. Our first visits were with Dr. Marcy Street when her practice was Dr's Approach. The office staff has always treated us as tho we are family - such very warm and compassionate care but still extremely professional. My husband has under gone some pretty extensive sessions with many hours of different treatments sitting under the Blue lights and other various protocol to help remove areas that were damaged as younger children growing up in the 60s/70s on a major lake. Efficient, safe, professional. Dr and nurse had wonderful demeanor. Very friendly but professional. However, your paperwork is inefficient and tedious. It could be streamlined.

Everyone was very pleasant and answered my questions. Good visit. Dr. very personable as well.
Natasha found the basal spot immediately and had it biopsied. A month later I have it removed. Surgery and flap went very well. Everyone was nice, professional and made me feel at ease. Highly recommend.
