The staff is great. The only thing that bother me was that a few of the staff were coughing and said that she was sick. They were not wearing a mask. Mind you most of the patients are Seniors with different illnesses. Masks should be worn if you know you're coming down with something.Ā

Dr. Jean-Baptiste is kind and patient. She answers questions thoroughly and is familiar with how to treat a range of skin colors, which I greatly appreciate. I was a bit frustrated that I had to wait an hour - coming in M-F means I am on the clock. I am grateful I have an understanding boss. I also was surprised that the nurse stayed in the room with me as I was getting dressed to leave and didn't seem inclined to allow me to dress in private. I felt pressured to just be OK with it.
