Great service/ great staff - everyone so friendly šĀ
The staff is great. The only thing that bother me was that a few of the staff were coughing and said that she was sick. They were not wearing a mask. Mind you most of the patients are Seniors with different illnesses. Masks should be worn if you know you're coming down with something.Ā
Megan was awesome. Kind and answered any questions. Her assistant was also s I sweet and kind.Ā
Today was my full body check and I got a thumbs up.... nothing to chart. Office runs on time . Every staff member is very professional and friendly.Ā

Dr. Jean-Baptiste is kind and patient. She answers questions thoroughly and is familiar with how to treat a range of skin colors, which I greatly appreciate. I was a bit frustrated that I had to wait an hour - coming in M-F means I am on the clock. I am grateful I have an understanding boss. I also was surprised that the nurse stayed in the room with me as I was getting dressed to leave and didn't seem inclined to allow me to dress in private. I felt pressured to just be OK with it.
