I felt confident in the way staff, Maddie, was explaining everything that was going to happen in easy to understand . It made me feel relaxed . Dr Jung was professional and personal and also had me feeling relaxed and I knew I was in capable hands. Everything went smoothly and painless. Thank God and Dr. and staff at Pinnacle .

Stacy really listened to me and I was able to tell her about my issue and what I was doing to try to fix my issue . She gave me advice and prescribed medication to ease and clear my infection.i trust Pinnacle to help me as I do believe they care about their patients us want to cure their patients I also appreciate the fact the appointment schedulers listened that I needed an appointment ASAP even though were really booked.

I definitely recommend Pinnacle Dermatology in Ottawa They are all Kind & Knowledgeable and this was not my first visit there. Stacy is Amazing I had a small biopsy done my on my face I never felt anything and she was so good at explaining the whole process to me,and answered all of my questions,I have been to other Dermatologist but I Prefer Pinnacle over the others.
