I made a mistake and went a day early. On my actual appt day, the same greeter already had my file up and open! That is customer service! The skin exam was great as well! Great people work there!

Excellent. Referred to Pinnacle Dermatology by my doctor. Had been going to a different Dermatology clinic for 20 years and this doctor wouldn't help me with my hair loss. Saw Sarah she listened made new diagnosis also treated a few pre cancerous spots on forehead. After 60 days I have many new hairs growing again. I am changing all my care to Pinnacle Dermatology and bringing my husband to this group too.
