Overcharged me for my child's visit. Instead of issuing the refund check to the financial responsible person, per the documentation on file, or the insurance policy holder, they issued it in the name of my minor child. I called to get the check resent in my name or my husband's name (policy holder). They requested I send back the check and after 2 months they still haven't sent it out. I have called multiple times to find the status of the check and all they tell me is they have to escalate it to another department. For such... read more
