Got right in told me no cancer and froze 3 places very satisfied..I will refer u 2 my friends
Doc and staff good. Trying to get the appointment was Trying. Pinnacle phone system atrocious. Couldn't hear through phone system. Either first clerk hung up after setting appointment or their system cut off. Appt was set at 9 am. Didn't finish details. Called back, still bad connection, changed to what I thought was 10:30. Got there at 10:20. Receptionist said we missed appointment. I responded bullshit! We are early. What a joke. Inefficient! Need to fire the whole staff and phone maintenance.
