I appreciate how quickly the staff moved me thru the process, and explained what was going to happen. However, I would have liked to have been called out of the waiting room into a more private area to get the results of lab test.

When I made the appointment, the lady answering the call said that I would be able to get my cysts on my head (I've had removed many times) taken off in my appointment. I was very disappointed when I came in and learned I couldn't. Sherry worked hard for me to find me a doctor with Pinnacle close to home who could do them on my schedule instead of having to wait for the once-a-month doctor in Valparaiso to be in the office. Very nice staff.. friendly and helpful. The physician was also very nice and welcoming. I didn't have to wait a long time to be seen, and was given a lot of information regarding my skin concerns.
