I met Adrian at a very desperate point: 1) I'd received a Homeowners insurance cancellation notice (apparently quite common) due to matter on my concrete tile roof. 2) I'd been previously told, by a power-wash professional, that only clay, NOT concrete tiles, can be power-washed. Adrian did such a fantastic job! Our patio, rock ledges and pavers look brand new after his cleaning. He is such a kind man, on time, honest, truthful and just gives you all round great service! I highly recommend his services if you want to clean up your yard/patios/pavers!
I needed my roof power washed before a Solar Company installed Solar Panels. The window was short for doing the job but Adrian came to the rescue. We had a letter from our insurance that they were going to drop coverage because our roof was dirty. Adrian was great. He returned my call promptly, and came out quickly to look at our roof. He explained some options and made a recommendation. He showed us what he had done for others in our situation about documenting for insurance companies.
