I met Adrian at a very desperate point: 1) I'd received a Homeowners insurance cancellation notice (apparently quite common) due to matter on my concrete tile roof. 2) I'd been previously told, by a power-wash professional, that only clay, NOT concrete tiles, can be power-washed. I needed my roof power washed before a Solar Company installed Solar Panels. The window was short for doing the job but Adrian came to the rescue. I also had Adrian power wash the sidewalks around the house. I am very pleased with the job he did when it was all done. Roof Tiles and sidewalks are clean again. Great job Adrian. Al M.

We had a letter from our insurance that they were going to drop coverage because our roof was dirty. Adrian was great. He returned my call promptly, and came out quickly to look at our roof.
