I have been a client of this practice for over 10 years. I have always been treated with utmost courtesy, caring, and excellant care of my fur babies. I do think of them as family that truly care.Â
Emily is not always jumping for joy when we head to the office but Dr. Factor instantly calms her nerves. 😬 Today I discovered Emily might have allergies related to her food. So we took home the food Dr. Factor recommended and guess what she was finally excited to eat and it was dry food!Â
When my cat had a problem with vomiting, they arranged an appointment promptly. The staff is very professional and caring, and the vet was wonderful. She took plenty of time with my cat and also took the time to answer all of my questions. I think that my pets are in very good hands with PPAH.Â
We've been taking our cats to PPAH for over ten years. The staff: reception, techs and veterinarians have always been excellent. A couple of weeks ago my cat started coughing up water and did not eat. Reception said bring him in! It was near closing time. Dr. Hay-Roe, a relief vet, was amazing. Got my kitty back on track with clear follow-up instructions. Their willingness to go above and beyond when hours were officially over...the best ever!Â
