From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted in such a courteous way. The office is as beautiful as the those who work there. Scott and his team made us feel welcomed and relaxed the entire time. It was a fast and easy settlement and everything was explained throughly. We were also provided with an adorable gift at the end of the settlement that we will be sure to use at our new home.
On the whole Pinnacle Settlement was processional, timely in its communications, and had respectable pricing. They did make an administrative mistake that came to light during closing. They were highly apologetic about the mistake and were quick to fix it issues on the spot. While the issue did not affect our sale since we had a cash offer, I understand that it could have delayed our closing a day or two if the buyer had a mortage loan instead.
