Great Customer service! The staff is very welcoming and attentive to your pet. My dog is not friendly to most people and because they were so warm and gentle with him he received them well. We are definitelygoing back...very pleased!
Mike and I own Countryview kennel and have counted on Dr. Woods for our kennel and our own personal pets. The staff are all very friendly and ready to help in any way. Dr. Woods made a visit to our kennel on one of the hottest days of the year, with his wife, giving us a diagnosis and direction on what to do. Dr. Woods always finds time to see our pets same day if we are overly concerned about them when they are sick or hurting. He always takes his time with us and addresses all of our concerns! I would recommend Dr. Woods every time! He and his staff are super friendly and take a genuine interest in us and our pets.
We're always highly satisfied with Dr. Wood's compassionate treatment of our furry ones. Everything is explained in full detail. Our most recent treatment was with the extraction of 4 teeth with 1 of our dogs, and all went very well! Dr. Wood gets an A+ from us!
