Their "detail" department were either out sick or something because the car we bought was filthy inside, when we were told it would be detailed. It was like it hasn't been touched. Not cool, guys! Also, haven't received the manual that was in the glove box when it was test driven. It's been almost 2 months. Not happy with this place! On the other hand, Anna in service dept. and Nick were a big help.
