I was calling around looking for a provider to for some dental work. I needed an extraction, bone graft, and implant. I called this office and the person attending to the phone made an appointment for me. I get to the appointment, and meet the doctor. He introduced himself as Sam, which I really liked. That put him on my level right there. We talked and did a few tests, scheduled a followup to plan for the procedure. I had the procedure done, and Sam (Dr. B) was EXCELLENT. Very professional office and the staff are really great!! I would highly recommend them.
I thought Dr. Bakuri and Heather were great during a procedure that's not entirely "pleasant." They made a great effort to keep me comfortable and informed about all they were doing, and the instructions for follow-up care were explained thoroughly. As a result, I'm healing well and satisfied with the way things turned out!
The patient is very obviously not the priority for them. I felt pressured into scheduling the appointment because the employee was claiming that if I waited the price would change. They scheduled me over the holidays which also postponed the removal of the stitches an additional week, I was unaware of that aspect until after the procedure. I had a negative reaction to the medication they gave me and called their emergency line and never ever heard back. WAS HIT WITH AN EXTRA $500 X-RAY THAT I DIDN'T NEED HAD TO PAY FOR MYSELF! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE !SORRY!😭
