RecommendedJosh Cox and Ryan Ellis made selling our house so simple. Sold same day it listed at over asking price! They gave us great advice. We would trust them as our agents over again and absolutely recommend them!
They take forever to get something fixed or replaced. Lady seemed very rude and judgmental when she replaced our fridge said it's our problem if we have to replace it again if it breaks. Took forever to get a plumbing issue fixed. We were managed by Hike real estate when we first moved in and they were a lot better and more understanding when we were a little late on rent. Only 2 weeks behind and are being told to pay up by 7 days or move out. How greedy can you be?! specially during this pandemic?

Answer calls and return messages
It is like pulling teeth trying to get anything done with this company. The receptionists are awful and only want to know what line to transfer you to. I NEVER actually speak to my property manager unless I leave three or four messages and she can tell I'm upset. We moved out at the end of July and they are still giving us the run around on our security deposit. Avoid using this company if possible.
