Un petit centre commercial, qui avec les années, tire quand même assez bien son épingle du jeu avec la grande compétition du Mail Champlain et du Carrefour Dix-30. Le stationnement est un peu à l'étroit et il n'est pas si facile d'en sortir, ça manque de fluidité. Pour y accéder par contre, aucun problème.
