Almost dead during the last decade, the opening of a target couldn’t lift off the small shopping center, and then targets closed all over Canada so Portobello went back being empty. However, change might be coming ! A new buffet opened, and even if the aura of the new place was bigger than the actual quantity of regular customers going there a few months after the opening, the buffet generated more traffic.
