I had signed a lease with them starting September 3rd, but due to visa delays I arrived on September 11th (a whole week after). The unit is in such a horrible condition - there are several nails stuck in the carpet floor (almost cut myself twice), the floors/counter tops of the kitchen are covered in black dirt and dust, and the ceiling fan/heater both don’t work. If you can live anywhere else, avoid this place. I’ve been here for a total of two weeks and I have already had it with the number of issues that just do not get resolved. The main issue at the moment that is of concern for everyone in the building is the fact that the elevators are consistently out of order. There are two elevators and both are often nonfunctional. Someone recently got stuck in the passenger elevator and the fire department had to break him out, so that one is out of order “until further notice.” The freigh... read more

I lived here on the first floor in 2017-2019. My apartment was constantly flooding with backwater from the kitchen sink. I put in multiple work orders but after the 5th time it flooded and caused water damage I broke my lease and moved out

Has potential to be great but they’d have to actually care. I’ve had several packages stolen while they have a room with lockers that they’re supposed to lock the packages in but they don’t - it’s a very rare occasion. Most packages are left by or around the entry door. They also have cameras in the area but not sure they care to investigate the thief. Communication is lax, if any.
