(1 ~ very plugged up to 4.8 ~ Quite good) I liked that this company will go on the roof to fully clean my vertical dryer vent. They sent me before/after photos. Planet Duct was very patient with me when I had to reschedule our cleaning 3 times due to construction. They sent the before and after pics of the vents and they are definitely clean now. My only complaint would be that they were considerably more expensive than other companies who do not use a camera. If you want to know what was in your ducts as I did for this home purchase, it's a good piece of mind. The techs were professional and fast.

Great job! Excellent personnel! After Planet Duct was done, I had my furnace serviced for winter. The individual wanted to know who cleaned the ducts and furnace. He was quite impressed and said that he would refer them to his customers. By the way, the before and after pics were telling. My wife and I can’t get over how much cleaner the air is coming from the ducts.
