I had Planet Duct clean my air ducts and dryer vent last week. When I was quoted the price I was a little surprised but they were worth every penny! I called to cancel our duct cleaning today, after finding a pretty bad leak under our kitchen sink that went through the floor, into a bedroom in the basement. When I called to tell them about the issue, they immediately sent someone out with a snail fan & treated all of the wet areas with an anti microbial treatment to kill any existing mold (we’d had previous leaks) & to stop any potential spores from growing, all at no extra cost!!! On January 31, Ryan and Jordan came to my home to clean the vents. I found both of them very friendly and knowledgeable about their job. They were running about 30 minutes late for our appointment and were courteous enough to call me to let me know. When they arrived I asked them to please wear masks and they had no problem doing so. Jordan and Beau came to my house today and did a wonderful job cleaning out my air dryer vent. They were both very professional and very kind. They also took the time to explain the whole process and even showed us the readings before and after along with pictures and a video of the work they did. I highly recommend Planet Duct.
