"My service rep Heath needs to be more friendly and..." My service rep Heath needs to be more friendly and welcome his customers better. I came from United Nissan and had Fabian and William as my service reps. These two are the definition of customer service. I hope Planet Nissan can learn a few things from United Nissan since they are sister companies. However the girl from the cashiers office, I believe her name was Elvina was exceptional! She made up what was lacking in this department.

As always he did a great job, and addressed my concerns.. Had an oil change, and an unknown side door rattle was checked . The rattle is now gone, thanks to Heath checking it out ..
