"No appointment drop off" Dropped off my car to have my vehicle serviced for check engine light . Waited patiently under overhang with vehicle for awhile to see if anyone would acknowledge me even if there where three employees hanging around. They finally realized I was a customer when another customer started walking up and a female porter asked if I needed help.
