"Outstanding and professional" Heath the service writer is very professional and took the time to explain the service to I wanted done to my vehicle, but the BEST of my appointment is he remembered me by name and the conversation we had when I first came to Las Vegas and have my vehicle serviced. "Friendly with Good Service" Jarred was helpful and made my experience quick and easy. He was friendly and made sure that I understood the bill. It took 3 hours to get my car serviced but I know they were short-staffed.
