I was greeted by a friendly staff employee who asked me a few questions, told me my Advisor for the day is Vanessa Rodriguez and she would be right with me! Vanessa was sharp, fast and to the point! Vanessa anticipated my service would take 1 to 1 1/2 hrs, which was fine with me, my service took less than 1 hour, which was GREAT 👍🏾! Thanks Vanessa Rodriguez and the Nissan Service Team! If it's something that's a quick fix, he doesn't even charge me for it. This last Saturday, he was the only service advisor there at the end of the day with this Corona virus mess, and he was taking care of all of the clients.
