Went in already with high lights wanted my hair blonder this was the result very disappointed talk to owner but all I got was oh all put a toner no you messed my hair up bad experience all around when washing my hair out there they got me all wet o was naked I’m there salon with a cap as they dried my clothes smh I’m the dryer I don’t not recommend this salon . My granddaughter got highlights as well her hair turned orange too... I have cried I’m at a different salon getting my hair fixed ..,
This salon does not have my recommendation. They schedule your appointment and make you wait I still haven’t heard from the senior stylist CJ what a joke!
I’ve been going here for a while now, and though I loved the people and service, today was a different experience. First off, let me say they have never gotten the color as I wanted it. Never. I’m a natural blonde, going blonder shouldn’t be that difficult. It’s always been good enough , but not what I want. had my undercut done here last April 23 (tuesday). I called their attention the very next day and I didnt get any response. I finally get a hold of them and set an appointment today but unfortunately I have to go out of town. I was inform that it's no longer treated as a correction but a new service. it's fine because I just couldn't really make it to the appointment. but, what's unacceptable to me...is what's done to my hair.

You called to cancel saying you would be unable to make it in and asked to be rescheduled for the 16th of May... which is almost one month after your initial appointment. I used to go here all the time and almost always had to have my cuts fixed. Sol is really nice and i like her, but the girls that work there (especially kelleen simmonds) either can't take instruction and cut off all your long hair, or are rude as all get out, try and call me a liar that I've only been there once and somehow outs MY fault.... most unprofessional woman I've ever had the misfortune to interact with
The people were nice but I didn't get what I paid for.
