Great customer service from Neil Recently purchased a Panamera from Neil and Platnium Autohaus, had nothing but great customer service and support, would definitely recommend to anyone considering a high end car. Neil and his team recondition the car very well and is very professional during the entire car buying process. One of the best car buying experience I've ever had.
Great service from great guys I bought a Maserati Quattroporte QS from Alex (the owner) and Kevin (sales person). I shopped around for a Maserati before stopping at this dealership. Great place for the car enthusiast! This is a great place if you're looking for a higher end used vehicle. All of the vehicles seem in great condition, they will take it for a PPI for you and address any concerns you may have. Not pushy whatsoever; buy at your own pace. They even change oil/filter on all their vehicles. Pricing is fair too.
Incredible dealership I have to say, I have not bought a car from anyone else in a while - it’s straight forward, great team, they make sure you’re happy, great cars - and if you hate spending 1/2 a day buying a car - 1 hour in and out - highly recommended!!!
Great Buying Experience !!! Recently purchased an M5 from Neil of Platinum Auto Haus. The buying experience was great. I was in contact with Neil through the week as I was receiving financing through my credit union. Fortunately, the car was still available at the end of the week. The purchase process was seamless. We will definitely look to Platinum Auto Haus for future luxury car purchases.
Quick as a Tesla Found what seemed to be a great deal on a Tesla S here. Neil showed it to us and applied no pressure at all. The following day we did a test drive and we were sold. The process was as smooth as could be. Kevin prepped the car for us and we were on our way. I'd recommend these guys to anyone in a heartbeat!
