If you have children and you don’t want to take them to this practice, they do do not care if your child gets sick and have to cancel last minute. They charge you $50 fee per kid and they hold it to you even if your appointments are almost a year apart. We actually have been using this practice for the last five years. My daughter has had an appointment in January wind up getting sick in January 2024 had to change their appointment. Crown fell out at least half a dozen times and then wanted to charge me for a new one. Just went in for a cleaning and they offered me $250 for 2 cleanings per year, including annual exam and X-rays. Then, after the cleaning, charged me additional for debriding, because it had been over a year since last cleaning. They’re like mechanics - you go in for one thing and they “find” others to up charge you for. They are desperate for Billings since their practice is dying.
It was the worst dental experience that I have ever had. All they care about his money. There is no customer service whatsoever.
