Matt is a wonderful lender. He explains everything in a manner that makes it simple to understand the entire lending process. He even informed me about available 1st time Homebuyer Grants that were available. It is quickly evident that he is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, competent, and most importantly, trustworthy. I have already recommended a couple friends to him.

Mr. Matt has set the bar HIGH as far as lender's go. From the very beginning of getting approved for a home loan he was helpful, respectful, informative, and courteous from beginning to the end of the entire process. Matt accomplished in a few weeks, what a big bank mortgage department still had not finished after five months. We were extremely frustrated people when Matt was recommended to us.
