Randy and his team were Grade A in their professionalism, punctuality, effort, and customer service. Randy laid out the steps precisely as to what was required, and was honest and forthcoming about the timeframes, etc. Due to his work on the front end, once my loan had gone through underwriting (without a glitch!) everything else breezed by.
