This place has been professional from day 1 and the staff is very friendly
This place is horrible. The parking sucks, 15 visitor spots for the whole complex and the towing company is sketchy. They charge 100$ CASH with no paperwork or anything. The office people are never there when you need them and the printer never works. If you lose your keys they charge you 50$ and 100$ if you lose again. They won't extend your lease even 3 days until a new move in date. DONT RENT HERE

How can you only offer like 15 visitor parking spots in a college living complex!? With the smallest "visitor parking" text possible. Not only that, but your sign about towing is nearly hidden behind the gate, and also very unnoticeable. I know because I had to search for it to find where my car disappeared to, after I had only been there an hour, PARKED RIGHT NEXT TO VISITOR PARKING BECAUSE EVERY VISITOR SPOT WAS TAKEN!! They overcharge for pretty much everything. They attempted to charge me $300 for something the residents below me did. Maintenance takes forever, and does not actually fix the issue. Save your time and especially your money
