I was very Impressed with the way I was treated at Plaza Hyundai. They were very helpful and straight forward with all aspects of my purchase. If I were to purchase another car later down the road, I would come to Plaza Hyundai.
Dilshod answered all my questions. I didn't feel pressured to buy a car. I got a fair price for my trade in. Dilshod call to follow up on the car and to see if I had any questions. Jean also called. They were able to transfer my 10 yr/10,000 mile warranty from my other Hyundai to the new one.
The sales people were very attentive, and patient as we tried to make our final decision. Then the individual in the finance department explained thoroughly what the charges were and that they would communicate with our bank for financing. Overall, they were very knowledgeable and friendly, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.
Christenson was very helpful in showing us all the models of Hyundai and test driving them. He was very helpful and patient with us and answered all of our questions while we were deciding our selection. Then Christina was very helpful in arranging the deal.
Went to the dealership for a new Sonata already knowing what options and price I wanted. Abe was never pushy or tried to sell me something I didn't want. They had the best selection in the NYC area and met the price I thought was fair. The entire process from drive up to leaving with my new car only took 1.5 hours. Highly recommend!
