RecommendedFelt like coming home rather than a business. Naun and Danny were excellent, no pressure just service. They both worked well as a team and actually listened and made me feel very comfortable. I'm looking forward to developing a good relationship with Naun and Danny so that I can upgrade in a year or two. I loved my Saturn’s but now my loyalty is with Kia.
I owned a car that was 12 years old. Dmitry assured me I could get a new one, and I did. We took a car for a ride and I really liked it. I was approved. He helped me with the paperwork and my insurance company and also how to work my new car. It was a wonderful experience all the way around.
We've had some sketchy car buying experiences in the past, but Plaza Kia really stepped up to the plate. They made us feel comfortable and took very good care of us. We got a great deal and couldn't be happier with our experience. Steven and Danny were super personable and very friendly. There wasn't a high-pressure sales environment like you often find at many dealerships. They understood our needs and were willing to work with us to make sure we were satisfied.
I had the occasion to visit this dealership and look at a brand new kia. Kimberly was an excellent saleswoman who took the time to listen to my needs and attempted to fulfill everything I needed in a vehicle. Although I didn't make a purchase because I'm more of a Mercedes person, I was extremely pleased with her service. I have recommended this dealership to many of my friends because of her pleasant and helpful attitude.
