Very good service, relatively quick given the number of people in line. Only complaint is with the online system, I changed my name in it and made the appointment under the same name, but their in-store computers only have my old name on file and didnt have my appointment actually booked. This meant that I still had to wait despite trying to have an appointment. Also the name confusion was annoying and I would have been fine with Mr. Collins.

They were polite, prompt, and they did find one issue and corrected it, but the shake has intensified and the slow leak they couldnt find seems to be getting faster.

Other than waiting for over 2 hours for service everything was great. They have very helpful, courteous and friendly people to help you.
