Eli was amazing. I had a situation where my brakes were out on my truck. I was able to get the truck to their location. When I explained the situation to Eli, he was able to work me into their shop, without an appointment that day, and get me on my way. Jimbo was the technician that took care of my truck. he did an amazing job. They were very understanding, friendly and efficient. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend.
It was good, had a little wait but not bad
I had a screw in tire on a road trip. They were quick and professional.
The wait was so much less than what they originally had thought it was going to take. The waiting area was comfortable and very clean! The employees were very knowledgeable and they had a good mood to them which seemed to catch on to all the customers also. Final thought. Highly recommend this store, they were fast polite and a comfortable place to wait on your car if do don't have someone picking you up while work is being preformed. Randy.

All the employees are great. Eli was able to help me prioritize repairs and get my car back quickly. Repairs were way more affordable than I expected!

Fantastic! I went there with a low tire because the place i made original tire purchase was closed. They said they could not repair because of size of puncture. Since tire was fairly new they recommend I take back to the original shop for replacement. They installed the spare tire for me at bo charge. I definitely will buy next set of tires from Plaza.
