Easily the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Friendly and helpful staff, easy to process insurance. Dr. Perkins and Kayla the hygienist have been wonderful and easy to work with. If you are in the Matthews/Indian Trail/Monroe area you will not be disappointed with Pleasant Plains.
Always make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in! Both hygienist( Katelyn and Tatiana) that I’ve had are amazing, personable and gentile on my teeth! Always satisfies when I leave. 5/5 review! 🥇
Pleasant Plains is the perfect name for this dentistry practice. Tatiana, Hygienist, is very professional, accommodating and proficient at her job. Dr. Ali is an amazing Dentist. this place is so great, my hygienist was so good with me and explaining everything and the assistants were great with helping me. They were gentle on my teeth but still cleaned great!! Highly recommend!

Every one was very friendly and caring, the visit is all about you and your needs. They make you very comfortable and want you happy when you leave, I’ve found my permanent dentist 😃
I have major anxiety with the dentist. When I walked in Armand was very helpful and so pleasant. I had my teeth cleaned today and Tatiana was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. It really helped that they had a t.v. on the ceiling to distract me. Dr C came in to examine my teeth and made me feel more at ease answering all my questions. I have an upcoming crown and feel much better about coming to the appointment. All the staff was very friendly and great customer service!
