I cancelled my shipment with this company and they picked it up anyway, brought it across the country and then refused to release it without full payment. Without returning my calls or speaking with me, they sent the chairs back - putting us 1 full month behind schedule. Not only that, but they were incredibly rude to me on the phone every time I tried to speak with them.
I have used them because the company I sell through chooses them, not my call. Poor communication and slower pick up and delivery than some smaller business shippers I’ve experienced. They rarely show up in the window given, when they are late, they don’t call to inform, despite having two guys on the truck. One instance they called me 20 mins away from a non scheduled pick up to squeeze me in, but I was at work and even if I wasn’t, that would never be enough of a heads up. We didn't even get to try them out because the lady answering the phone is so hateful. I really wanted to try this company out for a high end client. I wonder how many more 5 stars you would have if she was not answering the phone.

We have used this company for YEARS shipping cars back and forth from Fort Lauderdale to the Hamptons. We used them this past month to move homes. Well, recently they hired a new guy named "Mike" in Pompano. RUDE!!! UNHELPFUL!! AND ATTITUDE!! Not to mention the price went from $500 - to $750 just to ship the motorcycle - price went up 50%! We live in Bay Colony in Fort Lauderdale and many of the people are snow birds - quite a few of us have opted NOT to use this company anymore because the prices have just gotten ridicu... read more
Extremely slow deliveries, and will completely ignore you when you ask for delivery dates. My shipment was picked up by them a month ago, was due 10 days ago, and just started the transport process 2 days ago. Meanwhile, requests for information are completely ignored.
If you want your item picked up and taken to a terminal to collect dust or your phone calls ignored than this is the transportation provider for you. Their newest estimated delivery point (when pushed) will be 45 plus days for an antique tool box from NY to Nashville at a cost of just under $400. Still waiting for it :(
