Overall care was very good. However, I will say that the paperless registration process is not ideal, particularly for a single parent coming in with a child in arms who then has to scramble for a wallet & ID cards while trying to type on the phone all one-handed. Additionally, key parts of the paperwork are listed as “optional” that are actually REQUIRED, so it was misleading and added to the frustration when I had to re-open the paperwork & fish for my cards all while (again) managing a one-year-old. My son was treated at PM pediatric urgent care by Revai Samuel PA recently. She is one of the best health care professionals I’ve ever encountered- excellent bedside manner, professional, patient, thorough, and friendly. In general, this is our go to place whenever my son needs urgent medical attention. Being able to make a reservation online before heading out there saves lots lots of time. We were brought back right away. And seen by nurse practitioner within 5 minutes at the most. Everyone was friendly and give direction on what to do. Hopefully we don’t need to go back but if we do we would choose pm pediatric

I tried going to another Urgent Care for my 13 year old son who was having stomach issues, and was told they had a 1 hour and 45 minute wait. I know wait times are out of their control, but zero concern about his well-being at all, bordering on being rude. I wisely decided to leave and try PM Pediatric Urgent Care instead. There was no wait (again, I know this is not something that can be controlled easily so I know we lucked out) and the vibe was totally different in a good way. You can't beat the convenience of PM Pediatrics and have been using their service for years. Absolute gem if you need peace of mind whether your child has a fever, cough, rash, or injury. 10/10, highly recommend.

This place is amazing. I’ve needed to take my kids in multiple times for urgent care because it’s super hard to get same day appointment with my kids' primary pediatrician. Everytime we visit, PM Pediatrics were efficient, thorough, professional and with super welcoming attitudes from all the staffs and doctors. I wish all the doctor office respects patients’ time and health like PM Pediatrics. This is definitely the to go place for us whenever my kids need medical care.
