Thank you for having us without an appointment. It was scary and the second Urgent Care visit yesterday. The paperwork was painless, and the wait was not long. The Dr. explanation was clear and the cream he prescribed worked. This morning the swelling is gone.

Business response:

Hi, Jeffrie. Your feedback is highly appreciated. Thank you for the review!

Urgent care was clean. All the staff were inviting and friendly. Doctor was professional and gave us all the detail to fully understand my daughters pain. I would definitely go there versus the urgent care that’s 5 mins away from my house.

Business response:

Hi, Leonardo. We are thrilled to learn that you had a positive experience with us!

Last night I took my daughter in because she had a fever, and we left the same way we came — with no answers and no medication to help her feel better. She wasn’t even seen by a doctor, only by an assistant. You should inform patients beforehand if there are no doctors available. My daughter feels very sick, and they told me the results won’t be ready for two days. If they had explained that to me from the start, I would have taken her to Baptist Urgent Care, where the results are given immediately

Business response:

Thank you for reaching our to our team! We value all patient feedback and are committed to using it to improve. We want all families to have a positive experience at PM Pediatric Care, and are grateful for the time you've taken to share your thoughts with us.

My daughter’s eye was scratched and the doctor did the exam wrong and didn’t see it. He didn’t put the dye in correctly or see the very obvious scratches on her cornea that thankfully the ER doctor saw when we went there next. Unacceptable to miss something so obvious. The ER doctors were in shock that any medical professional could miss it.

Business response:

Was not a fan of checking in on my phone. (That’s a personal preference) However we were prescribed meds. Had to call a couple times to get the script sent to the pharmacy. So had to wait another day to start them. A little frustrating.

Business response:

We appreciate your feedback, John. If you would like to discuss your experience further, don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@pmpediatrics.com. We would love the opportunity to resolve any issues.

We came in with my 8 year old coughing and stomach ach. Dr pushed on his stomach asked if it hurt. He said yes but because he had to pee. After he went she touched again and he said it didn’t hurt. She sent into he hospital for possible appendicitis and never swabbed him for flu or strep. An entire day and ultrasound later he was positive for both flu and strep.

Business response:

Thank you for providing your feedback and letting us know about this issue, Ryan. We set a high standard to provide the experience to all families and are truly sorry to hear that standard was not met in your interaction with us. Please reach out to our team at info@pmpediatrics.com and we would appreciate the opportunity to make things right.
