Arrived 1 hr 45 min before appointment and was told it was fine I would be a walk-in since we were early and there was no one in waiting room. Was immediately taken back to a room where I was made to wait 1 hr 45 min until actual appointment time. Would have left and come back rather than sat in the room for almost 2 hrs with a 2 year old if they’d told me I wouldn’t be seen as a walk-in (sooner than appointment time). Then the nurse made snarky comments not once but two separate times so it wasn’t the best visit/experience.

I came in concerned about my son's breathing with a cold. The sweet woman at the front desk noticed his breathing right away and took it upon herself to check him and bring us right back. She was quickly joined by a kind nurse who took charge and was shortly joined by Dr. Payne. They were so attentive, compassionate, and me feeling informed. What a pleasant experience despite the emergency nature of our visit! We we treated so kindly and everyone was so professional. This will be the first stop for our grandchildren if we run into a health problem again. Great hours and ample parking too.

Wait was a bit long as there was only one physician working, but despite that the staff was very friendly and helpful, and still made it a point to see my baby even though they were close to closing. Appreciated their thoroughness.
