I was extremely impressed with our experience at PM pediatrics. From a friendly and easy check-in, to a quiet, clean, waiting room with minimal waiting time. The nurses as well as the x-ray technician were friendly and great with my kids. We received our x-ray results quickly and those were reviewed with the nurse practitioner. I wish we had PM pediatrics where we live in Arizona.
We came in on a Saturday evening and we were the only people in, didn't have an appointment. As I sat there filling out the online form a few other children cage in with appointments. We did wait a tiny bit considering how empty it was when we entered, however the nurse and the doctor were fantastic. So sweet and took their time. Hopefully we won't be back, but if we have to, this will be our first choice.
I took my daughter here because she wasn't feeling well. We were seen quickly, and the doctor was able to really explain what was going on. My daughter felt very comfortable with both the doctor and the nurse. Also, my daughter loved the jungle decor!
Traveled to Glenview location for the earlier hours (our usual location opens in the afternoon). Greeted warmly by front desk person and seen by nurse practitioner Mollie (?). Given thorough examination of presenting symptoms and received helpful verbal explanation/education. Quick discharge with necessary paperwork (just remember to ask!). PM Pediatrics continues as a trusted care resource with a straightforward office and digital experience (portal with records offered for any patient).
My son had an accident on his foot that required stitches and we needed to find a place quickly. They were able to take us in last minute before closing without any hesitation. We couldn’t be more thankful for Dr. Dolan, Laura and Maria for their excellent care. They were extremely patient and knowledgeable in their field of practice. They also made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this clinic!
